Refunds and Returns.

Refunds are only possible where the service or the product has not been received. Unfortunately returns of flowers are not possible. Heaven Scent Florists guarantee that every order supplied/delivered by us will be of good quality, in good condition and to the full retail value on the day of supply/delivery. Any complaint of dissatisfaction must be notified to us, by email, within 24 hours after supply/delivery, a full refund will be give if your complaint is upheld. Flowers must be retained for inspection.

Deliveries

Typically orders made before 12 noon GMT will be delivered the same day Monday to Saturday and will normally be delivered between 9.00 hrs and 18.00 hrs except for offices which will be delivered by 17.00 hrs. Delivery outside these hours will be at the discretion of Heaven Scent. Delivery cannot be guaranteed. All effort will be made to meet your specified delivery time. Places of delivery. It may not be possible to deliver directly to the recipient i.e. hospitals, places of work, not at home in such cases where a third party is involved the signature of the person authorised (i.e. receptionist, neighbour) shall be accepted as proof of delivery and fulfilment of the order. We will attempt to contact the recipient (card/text/call) informing them of the delivery. If delivery is not possible the customer (sender) will be contacted by phone at the number they have inserted at the checkout for advice. If another delivery is required we do reserved to apply further delivery charges. Deliver Charge is currently 10 euros and is not include in the product price.

VAT

Our products and services attract a Value Added Tax of between 13.5% and 21.5% depending on the product you order.

Currency
All prices on our site are listed in Euro (EUR). Where other currencies are shown the prices are indicative only. Your Credit Card will be billed in Euro. x

Substitutions

Substitutions may be necessary to ensure your arrangement or speciality gift is delivered in a timely manner. In arrangements of assorted flowers, the colours shown online will be used if at all possible, even if this means substituting other kinds of flowers of equal or greater value. For one-of-a-kind flower arrangements, such as all roses or all lilies, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another colour. If the floral container shown online is not available, a similar container will be used. Substitutions will occur for flowers out of stock/season

Speciality gifts
Speciality gifts may be substituted with another speciality gift of equal or greater value and of similar theme and category.
